    Since before the turn of the century I've been in the plumbing and mechanical profession. I've been blessed with a wide range of experience: century old renovations, mechanical rooms, drippy faucets, multi family, single family, industrial; new homes, new schools, old homes, old schools (and I didn't even like school!) fast food, slow food, cow food oh. . . you get the idea. (Of course, one could also say "wow, he couldn't keep a steady job!)
