Tip: If your supply house provides your parts pricing in a delimited file, you can "save" the mapping so you can breeze through this step every time.

Once you've saved your data into a dBase format, (or if you're using a delimited text file), select  IMPORT under the OPTIONS menu.

Simply highlight a field in the "Column Name" column, click in the "Map To" column and select the appropriate field to import to.

You don't have to import every field and the fields don't need the same name BUT they do need the same data.

Once you have the fields mapped, you're nearly ready to go.
